This is a copy of my Romanian grand-mother's protest to the Daily Mail. It is interesting to note that the newspaper ignored my grand-mother's request for this to be published.
What a surprise!!!
They were happy enough to use my private photos, WITHOUT my consent, in order to boost their sales. A few of my grand-mother's views, which I still believe were actually her own, were also very interesting at the time but her protest is just not so appealing!
N.B.The protest was translated word by word in Romania (in other words not translated by myself) and signed by my grand-mother herself.
